Delete your NIVA account

This page explains how a parent can delete their NIVA account and the data associated with it.
It applies to NIVA, the developmental play app for children aged 12–72 months.
1.Delete your account in the app
- Open NIVA and sign in with the parent account.
- Go to the parent area and open the account settings.
- Choose the option to delete the account.
- Confirm the deletion.
2.Request deletion without the app
If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by writing to NIVA support from the email address registered to your account. Include only your account email address; never send your password. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours.
Support contact will be published before launch.
3.What is deleted
- The parent account (email address and authentication information)
- All child profiles (nickname, birth month and year or age, avatar)
- Gameplay results and progress
4.What may be kept
We may keep limited information where the law requires it. Purchase records held by Apple or Google remain with the store under its own policies.
5.Before you delete
- Deletion is permanent. Progress cannot be restored afterwards.
- Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account to avoid further charges.
- If you want a copy of your data, export it first.
